About the International Consumer Cooperative
"New Time"
ICC "New Time" is a voluntary association of individuals and legal entities from different countries, established on the principles of cooperative identity recognized by the United Nations. We are the first cooperative platform to have expanded beyond national borders for the implementation of joint projects.
Our Mission
Building a sustainable international platform that unites resources, knowledge, and efforts of participants to meet their material, social, and cultural needs. We are building an economy of cooperation rather than an economy of competition.
The "New Time" cooperative model is an international precedent.
In 2019, the Committee for the Support of Russian President's Reforms began researching existing models of economic relations. The conclusion: the cooperative model has the greatest potential for development and scaling.
In February 2022, the International Consumer Cooperative "New Time" was established. In the same year, it received recognition and was registered with the United Nations (UN ID: 716065), becoming the first cooperative to propose expanding beyond national borders.
Today, the cooperative unites participants from Russia, China, Turkey, Vietnam, Laos, Mongolia, and a number of African countries.
Core Principles of Activity
Voluntariness and Openness
Membership in the cooperative is voluntary. We are open to citizens and organizations from any country without discrimination.
Democratic Governance
One member — one vote. The supreme body is the General Meeting. All elected bodies are accountable to the members.
Economic Participation of Members
Members participate fairly in the formation of the share fund and receive cooperative payments in accordance with their personal participation.
Autonomy and Independence
The cooperative maintains full independence when interacting with government bodies and commercial entities.
Education and Training
Promoting the improvement of the educational and professional level of cooperative members, as well as their cultural development.
Commitment to the Community
The cooperative's activities are focused on sustainable development, improving the quality of life of its members, and benefiting society as a whole.

Status: Planning and Preparation
Comprehensive rural development with a full cycle:
- Greenhouse farms (vegetables, herbs, fruits free from chemicals and GMOs)

The portal is intended to become not just a digital tool, but a fundamentally new infrastructure for economic cooperation, combining technological power with a deep understanding of the specifics of bilateral relations.
Unified Electronic Platform for Automotive Parts Supply
Status: Preparing for launch.

The project to create an aggregator for the supply of certified automotive parts and the introduction of a unified supply standard is an innovative solution aimed at improving the quality and transparency of the automotive components market.
Membership in the Cooperative
ICC New Time is open to individuals (aged 16 and over) and legal entities, regardless of country of registration, ownership structure, or field of activity.
Membership provides access to international projects, cooperative payments, and participation in governance.
Who can become a member?
For Individuals
- Citizens of Russia and other countries
- At least 16 years of age
- Possession of a passport or valid identification document
- Acceptance of the Charter
- Payment of admission and share fees
For Legal Entities
- Any legal form of organization
- Russian and international companies
- Presence of an authorized representative
- Acceptance of the Charter
- Payment of admission and share fees
